I, unfortunately, had a fire at my property in Rhode Island, I was referred to chase from smoke clean from my Private adjuster. Chase responded within 20 minutes coordinated the emergency board up and the water extraction. Dealing with such a disaster turned into a not so bad situation. Not only did smoke clean get my property cleaned out and ready for repair but they also did all the repair work and it never looked as good, all while helping my tenants relocate as well.
